How TribalTRAC Works
TribalTRAC is an industry GAME CHANGER. With decades of experience providing screening services to the tribal gaming industry, AmericanChecked saw a need for an efficient, online process to track and verify employee and vendor licensing.
We developed TribalTRAC exclusively for Tribal gaming. It is the only product on the market that allows Tribal Gaming Commissions to upload records into a secure database that provides an avenue to verify past licenses held.
There are no startup costs or annual fees to participate in TribalTRAC. Every record entered generates a single “TRAC” credit. A TRAC credit is redeemed only when there is a “hit” in TribalTRAC on an ordered report. Participating TribalTRAC members may never pay for reports with hits as long as they continue to upload past licensing records.
For every new record entered, the more robust TribalTRAC becomes with accurate, real-time information. Participating members safely share information via a cooperative network, which allows commissions to be more efficient in licensing and verifying applicants and vendors. TribalTRAC thereby fulfills NIGC requirements without the bulky, hard-to-sort paper files. Everything you need is right at your fingertips.
