Vice President of Business Development and expert in tribal screening regulations Kelli Weaver will be presenting at this year’s Oklahoma Tribal Gaming Regulators Association tradeshow, October 16 – 18 at the Indigo Sky Casino Resort in Wyandotte, Oklahoma. Kelli will be speaking about compliance in screening and providing attendees with the best practices and guidelines to follow to maintain compliance when conducting background screening.

Compliance is one the hot topics facing tribal organizations today and how it fits into their sovereignty status. When it comes to compliance, and the litigious nature of the industry, our team of experts suggests its best to err on the side of caution to protect Tribal organizations from potential lawsuits. The tips and best practices Kelli will cover are easy for any tribe to integrate into their screening program.

Kelli will be joined by AmericanChecked Account Manager Mary Scribner.

AmericanChecked will also have a booth at OTGRA and will be playing TribalTRAC trivia with chances to win prizes.
